School Closure Information
Procedure for School Closure including Bad Weather
Occasionally there may be the need for us to close school to pupils, please refer to the steps below to find out if the school is closed due to snow or other bad weather.
How do I find out if the school is closed?
Snow / Inclement weather / sudden closure procedure:
The closure date together with the reason will be sent to you via text message and posted on the school website and twitter feed. Therefore it is imperative that any parent or carer mobile or land-line number changes please be passed to the school immediately.
Planned closure due to breakdown of essential equipment/health and safety issues etc:
If we have advanced warning of a problem which forces us to close/part close the school for a day. We will inform parent/carers by letter/phone/email/text as appropriate.
