Vocational Learning
To help us realise our vision for the school we have sought and gained additional funding to build a Vocational Learning Centre (VLC) which provides six further areas of learning catering for up to 60 students aged 11 to 18.
Students can enjoy learning in modern and innovative facilities and gain qualifications in Motor Vehicle Studies, Construction, Hair and Beauty and Engineering.
As well as broadening the curriculum offer for our own students by enabling them to use the VLC, surplus places can be purchased by other schools and organisations for pupils at risk of exclusion, and other young people with similar needs, as well as students from other special schools.
